Shipping Policy
Bubble Tea Supply normally ships
all complete orders within one business day. Complete orders received before
11 AM PST may be shipped the same day. We ship only on business days (Monday
through Friday).
Bubble Tea Supply currently uses
DHL as their shipping carrier. DHL promises to deliver all orders within 3
business days. Please inform Bubble Tea Supply if you don’t receive your products
within this time.
Bubble Tea Supply can also send products
United States Postal Service at the customer’s request. All orders sent to
Canada, Guam or Saipan are sent through United States Postal Service. Please
call our ordering line at 1-877-869-2622 to request United States Postal Service
for freight.
Orders over 100 lbs may qualify
for shipping discounts. Larger orders shipped to California, Hawaii,
Guam and Saipan may also qualify for larger shipping discounts. We will
calculate this at the time of your order.
Return Policy
Bubble Tea Supply inspects
each item for freshness and quality prior to packing and shipping out products.
Products are packed carefully and methodically to prevent damages from occurring
during shipment.
Upon receiving your package
of bubble tea products, take the time to inspect your items carefully for
damaged or defective items. Flavored powders should be packaged in a sealed
bag and tapioca pearls should be in a vacuum sealed bag. Tapioca pearls will
be sealed air tight; however, the pearls should still hold its round shape.
Condensation may show in the bag due to the moisture the pearls hold. Handle
the tapioca pearls with care as they are very delicate to the touch.
In the event you find
shipping damage or a defective product, please contact our offices within
7 business days. This is because the shipping carrier has a time limit to
submit damage claims. You can call our customer service number at 1-808-951-7883

. Please provide customer’s name, order or invoice number and the name of
the item that is damaged or defective. A customer service representative will
get back to you within 24 to 48 business hours regarding the damaged or defective
product. Depending on the situation, the shipping company may require the
product to be available for them to pick-up and examine. The customer service
representative will let you know if the product will be picked-up by the shipping
company or if it can be discarded.
If you decide that you would like to return product purchased from BubbleTeaSupply.biz, contact our customer service number at 1-808-951-7883 for an RMA#
(Return Merchandise Authorization number) and a representative will instruct you how to return the merchandise. A 20% restocking charge will be levied on all returns. Upon receipt of the return, we will credit your credit card for the merchandise only. No shipping charges will be reimbursed by Bubble Tea Supply. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not sent back within two weeks of authorization. Please note that REFUSED or UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS will not be refunded.
Bubble Tea Supply reserves the right
to determine whether or not a product is defective. Open or used product will not be
considered for return unless found defective by Bubble Tea Supply.
